Irondog Canada – No Refunds Policy

All entry fees and registration payments for any Irondog Canada title, class, trial, or event are final and non-refundable.
 

By submitting your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No refunds will be issued for competitor withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, transportation issues, weather conditions, or any other personal circumstances.

• No refunds will be issued for handler error, incomplete or incorrect paperwork, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or failure to appear at the event.

• Entries are non-transferable unless prior written approval is granted by Irondog Canada.

• In the event a competitor is dismissed, excused, disqualified, or unable to complete their scheduled title attempt, no refund will be provided.

• If Irondog Canada is required to cancel, postpone, or materially modify an event due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), refunds are not guaranteed. Any credit, transfer, or partial reimbursement will be at the sole discretion of Irondog Canada.

This policy ensures the financial stability required to cover event planning, staffing, judges, decoys, venue costs, and other operational expenses associated with hosting high-quality Irondog Canada events.
