Tom Zinn is a Certified IGP Helper who combines deep technical expertise with a genuine passion for the sport. He actively competes with his own dog (titled IDCP 3, OB 3, and IGP 3), giving him first hand insight into what it takes to develop a confident, powerful, and precise working dog.
As a decoy, Tom’s philosophy is straightforward: deliver fair and consistent pressure, highlight each dog’s unique strengths, and help every dog leave the field looking like the rockstar it is. Whether trialing, training, or certifying, handlers and dogs can count on Tom for clear, constructive work that builds trust and drives improvement.

Vedran Otomancek has been a part of Irondog’s Canadian operations since their early days serving as a decoy. He is also the trainer and owner of Ballistick9Canada, specializing in protection work, law-enforcement K9's, and obedience. His passion for conservation led him to Africa, where he trained anti-poaching K9 teams and worked alongside them in the field to protect endangered wildlife.
Vedran’s operational experience with both working dogs and sport dogs gives him a practical, balanced approach to training. He focuses on clear communication, consistency, and the importance of teamwork.
